Heymarket offers volume-based message bundles to provide cost-effective messaging solutions for teams. Our pricing structure is designed to offer discounts based on message volumes, ensuring straightforward and competitive rates.

Message Discounts

Cost per message segment is based on the committed volume at the start of a subscription period, regardless of the billing cycle.

Pricing Tiers

• 500 to 9,999 message segments/month: $0.03 per message segment
• 10K to 24,999 message segments/month: $0.025 per message segment
• 25K to 49,999 message segments/month: $0.02 per message segment
• 50K and above message segments/month: $0.015 per message segment

AI Agent Pricing

Each AI Agent message segment costs 3× the base rate per your pricing tier (1× for messaging + 2× for the AI Agent). For example, at the $0.03 tier, each AI Agent message segment costs $0.09.

How do I know which pricing tier I fall into? 

Your pricing tier is determined by the number of message segments commit to at the start of the subscription.

Will my current pricing change immediately? 

No, there will be no immediate impact on existing subscription. Please contact with your Heymarket sales representative to update your pricing plan. Or feel free to message here: (415) 562-0500

Are there any additional discounts available? 

Discounts apply to user licenses and subscription tier add-ons (e.g., directory sync), not to messaging costs or compliance fees.

What if I send more messages than my committed tier? 

If you go over your committed message volume during a billing period, an additional message bundle will be automatically added to your account at your current per-segment rate.

Please note that this additional bundle becomes part of your recurring subscription going forward, so your renewal will reflect the higher volume.

Example: Say your monthly billing cycle runs Jan 1 – Feb 1 with a committed volume of 1,000 segments. If you hit that 1,000-segment threshold on Jan 15, an additional 1,000-segment bundle will be added to cover the rest of the cycle. Your renewal on Feb 1 will then be set at 2,000 segments going forward.

Heymarket’s products are tied to the specific term and do not roll over to the next term.

AI Agent message segments are billed at 3× your per-segment rate: 1× for the standard messaging cost and 2× for the AI Agent. The rate is based on your committed pricing tier.
