What is Aircall Advanced Messaging?
Aircall Advanced Messaging allows you to communicate at scale using Heymarket's bulk text messaging features and powerful shared inboxes.
It's intuitive to set up, so your business can start reaching more people with secure text messages in minutes.
Below are the instructions to get your account set up.

Heymarket Account
To use Aircall Advanced Messaging, you will also need a Heymarket account. Once you sign up for your plan, you will receive an email with instructions to set up your Heymarket account. If you do not yet have a Heymarket account, ask your Aircall representative to create one for you and once you receive the invite from them, follow the instructions in the email.
Users
Users are managed directly from within Aircall and are automatically created in Heymarket. If you would like to create new user accounts, navigate to the Aircall users tab and send invites.
Once completed, you can invite these Aircall users to your Heymarket team. In Heymarket, click on 'invite'. To access the Aircall Integration page All eligible Aircall users will be present in the list and you will need to select the users you would like to have on your team.
Linking Aircall and Heymarket
Once you have created both accounts, you will need to link them and map the phone numbers to inboxes. To do this, navigate to the Aircall configuration page in Heymarket and follow the onscreen instructions.
Once the accounts are linked, the phone numbers will appear as follows:
