When setting up the Apple Business Messaging Integration, you will need to submit an experience review that Apple reviews to verify your account for usages.
An experience review is a screen recording that is conducted by the Heymarket Customer. The screen recording will showcase the customer journey (of their end-user).
Before recording the experience review, you will need to make sure that you have set up an internal test account within your Apple business profile login. The internal test account should be connected to the MSP (Heymarket).
Once it has been completed, please reach out to help@heymarket.com. There, a Heymarket Support representative will review your screen recording and provide any additional feedback if needed. Once deemed satisfactory, Heymarket will submit the experience review on your behalf.
To ensure the experience review is allocated for your created team, please make sure that the name of the file follows the template:
MSPName_BusinessName_Date
Best Practices in the Screen Recording:
- The video demonstration recorded for this Experience Review process should accurately represent the user journey when the account is in production and has launched.
- Please demonstrate the rich features you have integrated in the experience, the live agent interaction, and the out-of-hours messages.
