Heymarket offers Team Owners and Admins the ability to set quiet hours for specific Inbox(es). Setting quiet hours ensure messages won't send in the following circumstances:
- Individual messages
- Campaign Messages messages,
- Messages sent from a List Broadcast
- Scheduled messages
- Messages Sent via API
Quiet hours are specific times during the day when you should avoid sending text messages to your contacts who have opted in for e.g late at night, on weekends and very early in the morning
Messages sent during these hours often lead to higher unsubscribe rates and a greater likelihood of customer complaints and spam reporting.
We recommend sending messages during business hours so that you can respond to them in a timely manner.
How to add quiet hours to an Inbox
Team Owners and Admins can add business hours to a specific Inbox from the Settings tab. Please navigate to Administration > Inbox > Settings. Once you set your business hours, the inverse of that time will be the quiet hours.
You can then enable quiet hours which will apply to after business hours.
