Keyword reporting provides teams with the ability to view keyword usage, engagement, and performance.
What Keyword Reporting Measures
Keyword reporting measures keyword usage by count and by unique contacts. You can view keyword data on a Team and individual inbox level.
This provides visibility into which keywords are used most frequently and by how many contacts, which keywords have high response rates, how keywords perform based on day and time, and overall keyword effectiveness.
Keyword Reporting - Usage Overview
Keyword usage and percent of change are included in the Volume tab of the Report dashboard.
You can view and compare keyword usage across set date ranges (1 week, 4 weeks, 1 year, Mtd, Qtd, Ytd) or a custom timeframe. The drop-down menu allows you to select your view. Keyword data is available at both a team and inbox level.
To view your keyword report click “View Details” under the keyword usage count.
Viewing Keyword Reporting - Keyword and Contact Volume
The Keyword report includes overall keyword usage and percent of change. It also includes a searchable breakdown of keyword volume and unique contact usage.
You can view and compare keyword volume and unique contact usage across set date ranges (1 week, 4 weeks, 1 year, Mtd, Qtd, Ytd) or a custom timeframe.
Viewing Keyword Reporting - Detailed Keyword View
You can also view day-to-day performance and compare performance over time for each keyword.
