What is Automated Chat Export?
Automated Chat Export automatically exports all inbox chats from the previous 24 hours. It runs automatically every night (including weekends) and includes chats from every team and inbox associated with the organization.
What is included with Automated Chat Export?
Automated Chat Export generates a unique PDF for each active chat, which includes all sent and received messages from the previous day. This feature also generates a CSV that maps each PDF to the contact and its associated customer fields.
Each PDF contains all messages, including images, that were sent between a single contact and inbox during the 24-hour period.
How is the 24-hour period defined?
The 24 hour period will follow a single calendar day based on the time zone selected by the user.
Which messages are exported?
Automated Chat Export includes all active chats (sent or received messages) from the previous 24 hour period. It does not include message history outside of the fixed 24 hour period.
How long does Heymarket store Automated Chat Exports?
Heymarket will automatically delete the PDF and CSV files on a rolling basis, based on a number of days provided by the customer (e.g. 30 days).
How can I access the Automated Chat Exports?
The PDF and CSV files will be automatically placed into a file storage service managed by Heymarket. Users can access the files via SFTP.
