Overview
With Heymarket’s WhatsApp integration you can now respond to WhatsApp Messages from a Heymarket inbox.
Requirements
- You will need your own Twilio account to set up WhatsApp. Heymarket no longer hosts WhatsApp numbers on your behalf. If you already have an existing Twilio number and account, you can use it for WhatsApp without changes.
- This WhatsApp Integration only allows you to respond to incoming WhatsApp messages.
No new outbound WhatsApp messages are supported.
If you'd like to start the Whatsapp Integration process, please first make sure you have:
- Your own Twilio account.
- Heymarket Twilio Integration setup completed.
- Whatsapp approved sender within the Twilio account.
