With Heymarket's Monday Integration. You can send or receive texts within the Monday.com interface. To set up this integration, you must have a paid Heymarket Team and a shared inbox.

Text your contacts over SMS directly from monday.com. This guide walks you through installing the app, connecting your account, mapping a board, and sending your first message.
 

Before you start (prerequisites)

• A Heymarket account with at least one inbox (a texting number).
• A monday.com account, with permission to install apps.
• A Monday board with contacts that have a phone number and/or email column.

Step 1. Install the app

1. Open the monday.com Marketplace and search for Heymarket.
2. Click Install and choose the account/workspace.
3. Approve the requested permissions.

Step 2. Connect your Heymarket account

1. Click Connect/Authorize.
2. Sign in to Heymarket.
3. Accept permissions so Heymarket can sync boards, items, contacts, and updates.

Step 3. Map a board to a Heymarket inbox

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → monday.com in Heymarket.
2. Select the Monday board.
3. Choose the Heymarket inbox.
4. Save. Contacts sync automatically about every 30 minutes; manual sync is also available.

Step 4. Text a contact from a Monday item

1. Open an item on your mapped board.
2. Open the Heymarket tab.
3. Compose and send a message.
4. Switching items automatically loads the correct conversation.

Step 5. See message activity

1. Messages are logged as updates on the corresponding Monday item.

Tips & Troubleshooting

• "No linked contact found for this item". Wait for sync or run a manual sync.
• "No phone or email found". Add the values to the mapped columns.
• "Please log in to Heymarket." Sign in and reload the panel.
• Ensure phone numbers are in a valid format.
