SMS signatures automatically add your name or identifier to the end of every text message you send. This helps customers know who they are speaking with.

Adding a Signature

1. Go to Profile in the Heymarket app. 
2. Scroll to the Signatures section.

4. Check Add signature to the end of each SMS message. 
5. Enter the signature you want to use (example: - John).
6. Click Save.

Once saved, the signature will be automatically appended to your outgoing SMS messages.

Where the Signature Appears

When you compose a message in a chat, the signature is automatically added to the end of the message. Example message in the conversation view:
