If your Heymarket team goes over the current credit allotment in its subscription, credit bundles in increments of 500 credits at your team's current rate will automatically be added to the subscription.
Once you go over the allocated amount, the additional bundle size will be added based on calculation below:
Number of days left in subscription divided by number of days for subscription multiplied by current bundle size rounded to nearest 500.
The next subscription invoice will reflect the updated amount of credit bundles. Please contact us to change the number of credit bundles.
Subscriptions Started before May, 2022
Upon reaching your Heymarket team’s monthly or annual allotment, each additional credit will be $0.06/credit. The sum of the overages will be calculated and charged on the following 1st, 7th, 14th, 28th of each month.
Instead of paying the additional message fee, you can always do a prorated upgrade to the next tier in Administration > Subscription > Update plan. If you are currently on a monthly plan, please remember to toggle to "Billed Monthly" to stay on monthly billing.
Failed Messages
Messages failed by carriers, regardless of reason, count towards your Heymarket team's credit allotment.
