Heymarket inboxes can be set up with call forwarding or to disable incoming calls. This is available on our Plus, Pro, and Enterprise plans.
By default, inboxes will forward incoming calls to the phone number you signed up with (e.g., your mobile phone number). Anonymous calls will be blocked from call forwarding - reach out to Heymarket Support to disable this feature.
Disable call forwarding:
- Sign in to Heymarket Web, as a team administrator, and go to the Manage Inboxes section
- For the applicable inbox, click on 'settings' next to call 'Forward calls...'
- Click off 'Disable'
Call forwarding is now disabled. When people call any of the phone numbers in this inbox, they will hear an automated greeting that says this number does not accept phone calls. Reach out to Heymarket Support to customize your automated greeting script. For Enterprise customers, we can also enable a custom recording.
Change call forwarding:
- Sign in to Heymarket Web, as a team administrator, and go to the Manage Inboxes section
- For the applicable inbox, click on 'change' next to call 'Forward calls...
- Enter the phone number you would like to forward calls to and click 'Update'
The call forwarding is now set. Any incoming calls will be forwarded to the number you entered and use its voicemail and minutes.
