Once a campaign is started, depending on the campaign type and status, the following can be modified:
Specific Date and Time Campaigns
- Message content for all messages except those scheduled to send immediately.
- Date and time of messages cannot be modified.
Days Apart Campaigns
- All messages can be modified prior to being sent.
- Schedule cannot be modified.
If a campaign has not started, then all messages and the schedule can be edited. To edit the schedule of a campaign that has already started, you can duplicate the campaign and adjust the schedule as needed.
Updated content in a campaign message (e.g., the text in the message itself) will only be seen by contacts who have not yet received it.
Changing the message schedule in a campaign will only apply to new contacts added to the campaign. Existing contacts in the campaign will receive messages according to their original schedule.
